Exchanges + Returns

Our products are custom-made, just for you! As soon as you order, our artisans get to work making your boots. We estimate 4 weeks between the time you order and when your order arrives via your national post carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped from Peru. We are a small, artisanal business, thus we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed.

  • Customers are eligible to return their boots for store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. 
  • If Artisans of Inti makes an error in your order, we will we send you a shipping label for your return pair and remake your original order.
  • Voluntary returns are shipped back to Artisans of Inti at the cost of the customer.

Please advise us of any issues at support@artisansofinti.com within 15 days of receipt so we can set things right as soon as possible. Refund requests that exceed the 15-day limit are subject to approval.

Your product must have been purchased from our website. We will not accept any returns or exchanges from shoes purchased from a boutique or third-party site.

The product must be returned “as new.” We cannot accept returned items with any signs of wear. We encourage that you try our shoes on carpet to protect the soles from scratches or damage.

Please note, we do our best to depict the colors of the textiles and leathers. Colors may vary depending on your screen. The textiles and leathers are one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly. The picture of the textile shows a large panel that will be cut down to the shape of your shoe. If there is a specific part of the textile you want in your shoe, please notify us at support@artisansofinti.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
