Returns + Exchanges



When you order a custom item, our artisan partners get to work making something special, just for you! We estimate 4 weeks between the time you order and when your order arrives via your national post carrier. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped from Peru. We are a small, artisanal business, thus we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed.

When you order an inventory item, you can expect a special handcrafted product on your doorstep within several days! We offer priority shipping and free returns for all customers in the US.


  • Customers are eligible to return Artisans of Inti products for store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved.
  • If Artisans of Inti makes an error in your order, we will we send you a pre-paid shipping label for your return product and remake your original order.
  • Voluntary returns are shipped back to Artisans of Inti at the cost of the customer.


Please advise us of any issues at within 15 days of receipt so we can set things right as soon as possible! Refund requests that exceed the 15-day limit are subject to approval.

Your product must have been purchased from our website. We will not accept any returns or exchanges from shoes purchased from a boutique or third-party site.

The product must be returned “as new.” We cannot accept returned items with any signs of wear. We encourage that you try our shoes on carpet to protect the soles from scratches or damage.


Please note, we do our best to depict the colors of the textiles and leathers. Colors may vary depending on your screen.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, you can expect to find small imperfections and variations in the natural leathers and handwoven products that we use. We hope you agree that these irregularities are what make our products extra special!
